Absolutely! Robert Sweet’s drum set has a unique sound, especially with its distinctive shell construction. It’s hard to find that kind of quality in other mid-range sets.
I’ve compared it to the Tama Superstar, and while the Tama is great, I find Sweet’s hardware much more durable. Worth the investment!
I like the Robert Sweet kit, but how does it hold up against the DW Performance series? The features seem similar, but the price gap is significant!
It’s pretty comparable! The DW kit has more custom options, but if you’re looking for solid sound at a decent price, Sweet’s set is a steal.

I totally agree with the price-to-value being higher for the Sweet kit. Plus, the finishes are stunning! You don’t often see that in other brands for the same price.
Anyone else think the setup process is a bit tricky? I love how it sounds, but sometimes it feels like a chore getting it just right!

Not overhyped! Just a different flavor. If you want that hard-hitting rock sound, it can’t be beaten.
