Excellent advice! I’ve done that before, and it really helps. Metallica’s energy is addictive, but so is protecting your hearing!
Can’t forget about the silly side—imagine wearing a giant foam ear while rocking out!

I’ve been to three Metallica concerts, and they typically hit around 110-120 decibels. The sound is intense and definitely gives you that adrenaline rush!
