I had a problem with a sofa I purchased. It took a few attempts to reach customer service, but when I did, they were very polite! Love the furniture.

From my experience, they seem to be more responsive about furniture than small appliances. Just a guess!

I dealt with warranty claims on a coffee maker and it was a nightmare! Took forever to sort out, but I finally got a replacement.

I returned a rug once; it was really easy. They even paid for shipping back. Makes me wonder what the hold-up is for other items.

Totally agree, @frenchrobert! It’s like watching a great show with occasional bad CGI. Still worth it but room for improvement.
