Recommendations for the Best Studio Headphones Under $100?

Check out the Sennheiser HD 280 Pro! They provide excellent noise isolation and have a great build. I’ve had mine for years without any issues.

I’ve always seen those around! How would you compare them to the ATH-M20x in terms of sound quality?

Final thoughts: It’s hard to pick a favorite! Each model has its perks, but just make sure they fit well; after all, comfort is key in the studio.

Hi everyone! I’m looking for studio headphones under $100. Any recommendations? I focus on music production mainly.

I’ve heard good things about the Samson SR850. They have an open-back design for better soundstage, perfect for mixing and casual listening!

Open-backs are nice, but if you want isolation, the AKG K240 Studio might be a better choice!

I’ve used the K240s and they’re fantastic. I also appreciate the comfort for long recording sessions. Definitely recommend!

Does anyone find that certain headphones are better for podcasting? I’m curious if the SR850 would be suitable for voice recording.

Absolutely! The SR850 is decent for voice clarity, but you’ll want a good mic too.

A great all-rounder is the Sony MDR-7506. They are often praised in studios for their accuracy. Perfect for music producers!

Love those! But are they really under $100? I’ve seen them priced higher.

Haha, I think if you catch them on sale, they dip below $100. It’s worth keeping an eye out! Plus, the quality is top-notch.
