So true! And it’s great that it doesn’t skimp on quality. It’s like the Swiss Army knife of chorus pedals.
I’ve been using the Mr. Black Mini Chorus for a few months now, and honestly, it holds up really well against other pedals like the TC Electronic Corona. The modulation is lush and the price is fantastic for what you get!
That sounds great! How would you compare its sound quality with the Boss CE-2W? I’m looking for something with a vintage tone.
I really like the Mr. Black Mini Chorus as well! It has a compact design that makes it easy to fit on any pedalboard. Definitely more impressive than the Mooer Trelicopter for the price.
Totally agree! It creates a nice depth without being overpowering, unlike some other options I’ve tried. It’s perfect for subtlety.
Has anyone tried it alongside the Strymon Mobius? I’m curious if the Mini Chorus can stack well with higher-end pedals. Would love to hear your thoughts!
I haven’t tried the Strymon with it, but the Mr. Black is surprisingly versatile for its size. I think it’s great for live performance as well. Just wish it had a few more features for tweaking!
While I appreciate the Mini Chorus, I still prefer my old-school analog chorus. It’s hard to beat the warmth of those classics! Anyone else feel that way?
I get you! Though the Mr. Black has its own charm, sometimes nothing compares to the lush warmth of an analog pedal.
I’ve heard it’s priced well for the market, but can anyone share their actual experience with it? Is it really worth the investment compared to others?
To be honest, for the price of the Mr. Black Mini Chorus, it’s hard to argue against it. Just for giggles, I sometimes use it as a ‘mini’ delay, haha!
