Native Access Loading Issues - Need Help!

I’ve been having some serious trouble with Native Access lately, specifically when it comes to loading my products. Here are the issues I face:

  • Stuck Loading: Sometimes, it just hangs on the loading screen, and I can’t get it to progress.
  • Slow Performance: When it does load, it takes forever to recognize my products, and it’s really slowing down my workflow.

I’ve tried a few things already:

  • Restarting the application
  • Reinstalling Native Access
  • Clearing the cache, but nothing seems to work.

If anyone has faced similar issues, I would greatly appreciate your insights. Yes! That’s the worst. I find that logging out and back in helps reset the connection sometimes.
