I’ve been having some serious trouble with Native Access lately, specifically when it comes to loading my products. Here are the issues I face:
Stuck Loading: Sometimes, it just hangs on the loading screen, and I can’t get it to progress.
Slow Performance: When it does load, it takes forever to recognize my products, and it’s really slowing down my workflow.
I’ve tried a few things already:
Restarting the application
Reinstalling Native Access
Clearing the cache, but nothing seems to work.
If anyone has faced similar issues, I would greatly appreciate your insights. Are there any specific troubleshooting steps you found helpful or any updates I should be aware of that could resolve this? I really need to get back to using my music tools efficiently. I’ve had loading issues with Native Access too. One thing that helped me was clearing the cache. Go to the settings and find the cleanup section to clear it out. It can make a big difference!
To check for updates, just go to the ‘Updates’ tab and it will show you what’s available. It’s pretty intuitive. You can also set it to auto-update if that helps!
